I exercise vigorously at least twice a week


I drink less than five alcoholic drinks per week

I never complain about things in the past or time being wasted

I consider myself organised and in control

I can organise my time in an effective manner

I can see when I am unable to cope with pressure

I make sure to have at least one hot, balanced meal everyday

I ensure to get 7 to 8 hours sleep for 4 nights each week

There is at least one person living close to me, from whom I could ask a favour
