David has been a Therapist since 1998. Using his life experience and academic learning, he helps clients to reduce stress in their lives. He is a practitioner in the areas of Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Cognative Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Colour Therapy and REIKI.
David works with private individuals and business people on a One to One basis and works with corporate groups, classes, workshops, seminars and meditation/mindfulness groups. He specialises in helping people to manage their Mind Matters so they can focus on Living.

His approach is Therapist Centred or Therapist Directive, whereby the therapist directs each session and encourages the client to take responsibility for their lives and the steps they need to take, in order to resolve their inner conflicts.
He uses a number of modalities, depending on the issues at hand. Those modalities can include, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Stress Management, Mindfulness Meditation, the emphasis always on a holistic approach.
In conclusion, David’s belief is that through non-judgemental, therefore empathetic, reflective listening we can begin to open up to communication. We have within us the tools to undo fears and anxiety. This allows us to be free of internal dialogue of shame and guilt.

David has been a practicing Counsellor since 1998, with many certificates to his name, but his academic learning is but a shadow of his personal life experience. He has worked with many clients with diverse issues which include; Stress, Depression, Self Esteem, Abuse, Eating Disorders, Addictions and Substance Abuse.
David combines his skills and qualification in hypnotherapy to help clients manage their lives in a self fulfilling way. Using Hypnosis, David helps his clients to make the changes they need and maintain this change so they can live their lives to their true potential. Hypnosis is very effective in areas such as Self Confidence, Phobias, Addiction, Weight Loss, OCD, Depression, Neuroses, to mention but a few.
David uses Meditation and Mindfulness in his own daily routine as a standard practice. He also delivers classes in Meditation and Mindfulness from beginners to advanced. He encourages his clients to spend time in Meditation or Mindfulness for a short period each day.
